Program description

Zephyr Resilience sends text messages to coordinate resilient-home certification projects. If you provide your mobile number as a project participant (for example, as a roofing crew member or evaluator), you may receive messages such as job-coordination questions from your evaluator, requests to re-take documentation photos, project invitations, and sign-in codes.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on project activity. Most participants receive a handful of messages over the life of a project.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Zephyr. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply START to resume.
